Destruction of Records Notice
According to state and federal guidelines, Special Education records must be destroyed six years after the student is dismissed, graduated, found ineligible or if the records are no longer useful in making educational decisions. The 2018 Special Education records of these students will be destroyed on May 17, 2024. You have the right to review and request copies of these records before they are destroyed.
Beginning May 06, 2024, please contact the Special Education office at (501) 882-5463, extension 1248, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule a time to view records or if you have questions regarding these records.
