Beebe HIPPY is still enrolling for the 2023-24 school year. HIPPY is offered FREE and serves families at their homes. We bring the learning to you. Our program is offered for ages 2-5. They must be the age of 2 by August 1 to enroll into our program and not turn 5 before August 1st.
By filling out the form below, this will let us know that you want a spot for the 2023-2024 school year for your child. Once we have this information, we will then contact you.
Then, you will fill out additional required paperwork, and turn in copies of the following REQUIRED documents:
- Child's Birth Certificate (hospital birth card does not work, it must be a state issued certificate)
- Child's Social Security Card
- Child's most recent Well Child Check
- Child's current shot record
WE CAN NOT ENROLL WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS!
* If you have more than one child that will be in the HIPPY Program for the 2023-2024 school year, please fill out a form for each child separately.
